Born out of a desire to reconnect people with the origins of their food—particularly meat—the festival brought together farmers, food lovers, wine makers, and curious minds for a day of honest conversation, incredible tastes, and meaningful connection.

What Made It So Memorable?

From the moment gates opened, guests were immersed in the stories behind their food. They met the farmers, learned about diverse cattle breeds, and saw firsthand the level of care and responsibility that goes into raising animals the right way. The festival wasn’t just about eating—it was about understanding, respect, and celebrating the people who make sustainable, ethical farming possible.
